版本格式:

• 有匹配 Rxx.yy tag 时: "<tag>-<commit_hash>"，如 "R01.02-3d08ea4a"
• 无匹配 tag 时: "unknown-<commit_hash>"
• git 不可用时: "unknown-unknown"
